In today's Kentucky Enquirer, Congressman Davis encourages Congress to enact policies that will increase competitiveness, reward entrepreneurship, encourage ingenuity and restore fiscal discipline in Washington in order to foster a growing and healthy economy.  Speaker Pelosi’s unsustainable agenda of out-of-control borrowing and spending is not the right way forward for America.
